2. Use of Service

SunPTE provides an AI-powered PTE and IELTS exam preparation platform. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not redistribute, sell, or misuse content provided on the platform.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Plan access is granted for the duration purchased and will expire at the end of the subscription period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, templates, videos, and software on SunPTE, is owned by SunPTE or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
